ANA YOBE WEARS A NEW LOOK
Following
the recent consultation and meeting between the National executive of the
Association of Nigerian Authors and the state executive of Yobe state based
writers’ Forum known as Mizani Writers Forum. Solid agreement has now been
reached that the Forum should be integrated and combined with the existing
membership of ANA Yobe. General public and other ANA state chapters should take
note of this development.
Meanwhile, an interim
State Executive Council has been constituted by ANA National under the
leadership of Mallam Denja Abdulahi, ANA President. The appointed state executive
council members are: Abubakar Dauda Muhammad as Chairman, Abdullahi Idris as Deputy Chairman, Hassan
Bulama as Secretary, AlhajiAdamu as Asst.
Secretary, Ibrahim Garba Nayaya as Organizing Sec. I, Yusuf Gadaka as Organizing
Sec. II, Audu Baba as Treasurer, Umar Kami as P.R.O I, Maigari Muhammad as P.R.O
II, Muhammad Bura as Auditor I, Muhammed
Sule as Auditor II, ZannaMustapha as Vice Chairman I, Ibrahim M. Audu as Fin.
Secretary, Abubakar Lawan as Social
Director and lastly Shettima Ali as V. Chairman II.
